Contacted Parkway after I was unable to find the trim and color of the new Honda I was after. One of my local Columbus dealers was nice enough to tell me Parkway in Dover had this car on their lot now.
Parkway made an even better deal than I was able to find in Columbus and had the car ready for me two days later.
My salesperson took as much time as I needed to explain features and tech in detail. They even brought one of their service techs out to look at an item that I questioned.

Aaron of Parkway Honda’s service department was very accommodating and prompt in helping us with a recall issue on our CRV. We scheduled an appointment and the department representative recommended a loaner car rather than waiting for an extended amount of time. Aaron called us shortly and said that the recall was fixed. When we returned the car Aaron went the extra mile and took care of the concerns we had. I would recommend using them again for your auto maintenance.

I love how the mechanics make me at ease knowing when I leave after my service, I have confidence that my car is good to go. Also, I like that they top me off and give my car a wash.
I had the 30K mile service, a regular oil change and inspection, and cabin filters replaced. I was denied a loaner. The service was 2 hr+. I believe the car was serviced well. I had a 25% off coupon so the price was affordable. I trust the service department at Honda. I’ve been a customer there for +30 years. 😊
My wife and I were traveling to N.E. Ohio.We we're driving and we lost power steering and many lights lit up on the dash. We we just south Dover and a Honda dealership was close we were able to drive to the dealership. They were able to diagnose the problem they told us we needed an alternator.,and they we be able to have one in the next day. Great! Brought the car in for periodic service and tire rotation. The team advised against the rotation because tires were near the end of their life. So we scheduled a tire change. I always trust their service advisories. Addendum: Came back in several weeks to get the suggested tire replacement and the same service. The ladies are very professional and responsive.
