My wife and I were traveling to N.E. Ohio.We we're driving and we lost power steering and many lights lit up on the dash. Brought the car in for periodic service and tire rotation. The team advised against the rotation because tires were near the end of their life. So we scheduled a tire change. I always trust their service advisories.

Took car in @ 10000 miles for what the maintenence minder said needed a routine oil change and change differential fluid. Our service writer Aaron Fernandez explained that honda recommends that differential fluid to be changed much later. They could of went ahead and changed it and we wouldn't of known. Everyone at Parkway Honda that I encountered had great customer service. They put your needs first. They care about getting your car done. I overheard a conversation with an employee and a gentleman about his car and a part being needed that they had yo order. They offered a rental car and apologized several times for the inconvenience. This was something out of their control yet they made it right for the customer.

Every time I have gone into Parkway Honda they have treated me more like a valued friend than a customer. Heather in the service department always keeps me informed on what is going on with my truck and usually has it finished and ready for me long before I expect it. Bob in parts is always friendly and willing to give helpful and knowledgeable advice and recommendations. My wife bought a 2025 Passport from Shane and he ensured she was knowledgeable and left with no questions unanswered.
The technician who handles your service keeps you informed of progress, and condition of your vehicle. Just gives you a sense of security.
