On March 15th 2025 I purchased my VERY FIRST BRAND NEW CAR! After months of researching I found a few I liked. I began to look at prices. As all of you have seen, they are high! DOVER PARWAY HONDA was the BEST priced amongst Steubenville, Tridelphia, Wheeling and St. Clairsville. My husband bought a used Dodge Tradesmen from DOVER PARKWAY HONDA 4 years ago and we are still very pleased with it and the service then. Neil Cozart was our salesman then, really upfront, no games and all around honest guy. This time Neil, now sales manager (congrats again on that, you're the best person for the job) handed us over to Mike Parker. Mike, was just about the best people person you'd ever want to deal with! I hope I made his job a lot easier having details about what I wanted in a vehicle. Mike listened intently so he'd pick the right car for me to test drive. Mike pulled up an obsidian blue pearl Honda Pilot. I knew I'd be taking it home the moment I saw it! Mike went over all the basic details to get us started for our test drive. As my husband slid into he passenger seat he said, "this is really nice" coming from a truck lover I knew I had him sold! We drove it around, looked at all the features. He and I discussed payments again. We drove back to the dealership. Mike offered to show me more vehicles but I was sold because I'm a sucker for blue. Mike walked us through the paperwork, discussing options for payment strategies. After picking what comfortably fit our budget we moved on to credit approval and signing. I forgot her name (and I'm sorry for that) but she was super nice and informative. She offered us warrenties and insurances. She was encouraging when I teared up after handing over our down-payment. My husband and I work very hard for our money it was emotional and exhilarating at the same time. When leaving her office Neil caught sight of my tears and comforted me and encouraged me that I wouldn't regret it. Again caring people work here! We met back up with Mike and he told us that the car was being taken in the back to be washed and waxed and swept out. He sat with us while we waited. We talked about life, he was real with us. We enjoyed speaking with him. He asked us if we had any questions. We asked he answered. When the car was done, Mike walked out with us and showed us some more features gave us his card, told us if we had any questions at all to please do not hesitate to call him and ask. My husband and I are completely satisfied with our first brand new car purchase from DOVER PARKWAY HONDA. SERVICE DEPARTMENT REVIEW My Honda Pilot did not come with a heated steering wheel. I did have one installed. They did not have one at the facility. I had to make an appointment, which was not a problem. On the day of my appointment, I arrived on time.They installed the heated steering wheel and showed me that it did work. A few days went by and it had been warmer temperatures as it's springtime, a cool morning came, and I tried to use the heated steering wheel and it wouldn't work. I immediately called the service department, and they assured me that if I brought it in that they would fix it up. So I set another appointment. Before I had gone in for the second appointment, I noticed some Fingerprints in the fabric on the ceiling above the doors. I called the service department back to let them know about it. They assur3d me that they would take care of it when I came in for the steering wheel. I went up for my appointment and they found a loose connection for my heated steering wheel, they connected it and it has been working fine ever since They cleaned the Fingerprints off the fabric, too. However when I got home, I noticed that there were still some fingerprints. Of course, I was a little bit upset that I'd have to make another trip to Dover to get this fixed. I called immediately and they said put some blue painter's tape around the problem areas. I made my third appointment. The service manager even came out and had me come out and show him exactly where all of the tape spots were and used an LED light. When my car was done, the service manager and another gentleman, walked through the clean car with me, and I verified that everything was gone, cleaned and fixed, they even swept the floor is for me! My overall first time car, buying experience with Neil and Mike at DOVER PARKWAY, HONDA has me completely satisfied! When the time comes that we do need another vehicle, whether it be for our 2 future drivers or my husband or myself. We will definitely be considering them again. Thank you so much!

Had a recall item done on my vehicle. Scheduling was easy, service was fast. I opted to have them change my transmission fluid, price was fair.

Heather was nice to deal with

Been a customer there for many years. They were on the Boulevard when we bought our first Honda. The faces have changed but the honest, patient, kindness of the service department remains the same.

We looked at cars several weeks earlier and never felt pressured to buy. When we returned we received the same welcoming sales person who went out of his way to find what we wanted and priced up a few cars we were unsure about. We ended up getting exactly what we wanted and our salesman worked with us through the ceramic coating process by providing us a courtesy vehicle and making sure the detail shop addressed my concerns. Overall Jimi made the buying experience painless and even kinda fun. Thank you!

Mason was friendly and answered my questions patiently. It was a factory recall so there was no charge. And I got to use a beautiful brand new Accord Hybrid for the day so I could still be productive. Will definitely be using Parkway again.

My AC was not working and I was hearing a horrible sound when I went in reverse. I was so stressed because I thought it was going to cost thousands to get fixed. I dropped off and 1 hour later Heather the Service Advisor called me. She told me the AC would be fixed at no charge to because there was a recall on it! She also told me my brakes were fine and that sound was just from built up condensation. My car will be ready tomorrow!! My sister just took her car to a BMW dealership and it took them 2 months to get her car back. This is also why you always take your car to the dealer for service. Any other place would not have known there was a recall. Amazing Service. THANK YOU!!!

My experiences with this dealership have been confusing - specifically with Mike Parker. Shane Sunderline was unable to facilitate a remote sale, but that seems like a communication issue. If you have any issues with this dealership that escalate to the level mine did, please report them to Honda customer service at 1-800-999-1009 and have a case opened. Quick version. I would personally avoid the Honda Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) 2022 Honda Accord Hybrid Sport ( VIN 1HGCV3F2XNA046155 ) for sale. The tire tread of the rear tires - as measured with the dealer's own tool in front of dealer representative Mike Parker - was under the 5/32" tread depth required to meet Honda CPO used status. The dealer representative (Mike Parker) did not offer to fix this problem after being notified of it, did not offer to talk to service about this issue, and did not offer to report this to his sales manager. Extended version. I initially communicated back and forth with Shane Sunderline. I asked for documentation from an official company email before transferring money, and it was not provided. He sent me a buyer's order via text message with numbers - a good start. He then gave me their wire transfer information to send nearly $29,000 via wire transfer. I requested documentation to be sent from an official company email. I even offered to Zoom. Shane said they don't do electronic signatures. He communicated they also do $1,000, non-refundable deposits. I asked what happens if the vehicle isn't in the condition listed - "It is non refundable so we would take a deposit down on the vehicle if your 100% certain that your interested". I asked if there is anything in writing for this. I did not receive a clear "yes." I received an explanation that they would mark the car as sold and I would come in and do the paperwork in person. I called in to discuss documentation with a finance person (Alicia) who understood my concerns. After their finance person offered to work on sending me something official, Mike found out about this, texted me, and that it was better if I came in person. It appeared he put a stop to the actions of the finance manager. He said I was concerned about "wiring a deposit without a receipt," which is not accurate. He offered to take my payment over the phone by credit card - still without any documentation from an official dealer email address. A screenshot from a number that comes up as a "robocall" when searched on Google doesn't inspired confidence. I felt that Shane was trying to do the right thing, but if they have an Internet sales team, that those folks should have handled this instead. I drove 3.5 hours from the Cincinnati area to Dover and called Parkway Honda to arrange an appointment. I reached Sarah Kerr from the Internet sales team on the phone, and she arranged a test drive with Mike Parker. Sarah was professional and understood my frustration. Mike was professional until I measured the tread depth on the vehicle, which was below the required 5/32"+ on the rear tires that is required to achieve a Honda CPO classification. I measured the tread depth of the tires in front of him with a tire tread depth tool that he provided me. I asked what he would do to rectify this situation. He replied that it was certified, and then refused to let me take home the numbers he had drawn up on paper. He did not offer to fix the issue. He did no offer to notify his service team of the problem with the tread depth. He did not offer to notify his sales manager of the problem. This is not how Honda dealerships are run. If there is a problem with a Honda CPO vehicle and it is brought to the attention of a dealer representative, that representative is would typically work with management to rectify the situation. The fact that the tread was below the minimum - verified in front of a dealer representative - and Mike simply claimed it was certified, indicates serious deficiencies in customer service.

Just got my 2025 Boost Blue Sport Touring Hybrid Today. I got my 2022 Boost Blue Sport Touring from parkway also...That car was taken back today. Love it! You guys are awesome. Fast, friendly and honest. Justin Woolums was super friendly. Edit: update/ 4/10: Beware of this dealer not paying off balances of trade in. I had Honda calling me everyday. Took 29 days instead of 22 days as required by Ohio law. They eventually took care of it but they did wait till the last minute. Not sure if I will go to this particular dealer again
